Prospects' Shoes!
When
you write your copy, always use the "They have a
problem, you have the solution" approach. Why? Because
you can make money from people's problems!
Most
products or services solve some sort of problem for the
people who buy it. The most successful products and services
solve big problems that certain people and certain markets
have.
Try
to think about the problem from their point of view. Put
yourself in their shoes. Feel what they feel. The more
you're able to do this, the more you're able to get in
touch with their problems. Then you can offer your product
or service as the solution. When you've successfully seen
the situation from their point of view, your copy can
become much more intimate to the readers because you're
speaking their language.
