we can give credit for the fortune we made to anything,
first and foremost would be the fact that we have really
worked to serve the customers who do business with us. We
try to stay in touch with them. We do everything we can
to give them more of the things we know they want. We spend
a lot of time thinking about our customers. We spend quite
a bit of money on customer service. We try to do everything
possible to make sure our customers are happy.
And
this is the most important question, the question you should
always be asking yourself - What will it take to satisfy
our customers?
The
only way you will really be able to answer this question
is by gaining an in-depth knowledge about your customers
- Who are they? What do they really want? Why do they buy
what they buy? As long as you can answer these questions
and come up with products or services that are designed
for these people and meet their needs, you can potentially
keep the money coming in.
